The company created a chatbot to help employees finalize expenses by attaching receipts and also deployed help desk automation that allows employees to quickly resolve support tickets.
Through thoughtful automation Uber has been able to save more than 5000 employee hours, automate the resolution of more than 70% of expense-related help desk tickets and drive corporate card adoption rates above 90%.
